My great-grandfather James Feehelly was born in Clonguish Co. Longford in 1842/43. I believe his father John was a Chief Prison Warder, perhaps in Longford?
James married Mary Jones from Wales in 1874 and they eventually lived in London.
I know nothing of James's siblings and I would like find out anything I can about them and their descendents.
I hope someone can help me or at least point me in the right direction. I have found many different spellings of Feehelly which makes things even more difficult!
